Here is my collection of sports cards I put together as a kid not knowing I would still have them 40 years later. They were never collected as an investment, I was only 10 years old at the time. We wanted to be like the players back then and show off our favorite cards. After the excitement of showing them off they were just thrown in an old shoe box with rubber bands holding them together, how ever we felt like organizing them. My cards aren’t worth anything monetarily, but the memory of the excitement from opening a new powdered pack of cards will last forever.

  2. Hi there

I’m founder of – which is actually a blog community.

We’re currently recruiting bloggers, of all subjects and professions to contribute

We think your blog, A Box of Old Cards, is great and exactly what we’re looking for.
It is fun, helpful, focussed, informative and your writing style and images are just great.

We feel our readers and baseball enthusiasts would really love your Baseball Card Collection/Blog.

We also feel that your blog would be a great addition to our other Collecting Walker: The Race Case.

So with that we would love to bring you into the WalkedThru community!

When we add blogs we ask that you send us a blog profile picture and a quick summary, so that we can introduce you to our viewers.
Also we ask that our Walkers put our logo on their website, so that we offer some continuity to our users.

So if we were to proceed and you would like us to display your blog on our WalkedThru community, how would you like us to list your blog?
We would like to be as specific as possible, so what do you think is the most appropriate title?
WalkedThru Baseball Cards we feel is simple but perfect.

We’re enthusiastic about you being part of our WalkedThru Community, and look forward to hearing from you soon!

    Luke ‘SkyWalker’ Connelly
